What it's proof of, 450 Observer, is that Chrissy Bly-Jones, despite all his bluster over the first two+ years of the 450 Repeater being reestablished as the so-called "renegade" repeater meant nothing because he isn't his own man, but the public face of the pair's ownership.

There is a committee, and it wouldn't surprise me if Gary has a place on it, along with JTD, XXX et al.
