For that matter, how does he know what an Oompa Loompa looks like? I've always wondered whether LIPS is 100% blind as in he doesn't actually see anything whatsoever but black, or - as I suspect - his vision is just highly blurred to the point he can't really make sense of anything he sees but could, for instance, tell whether or not it's day or night, can see outlines of things such that he can move around without the help of a guide dog, etc... Anyone know for sure?

Comments: Here are a couple of ways to easily troll Tommy Prager, Jr. 1. Just say "Oompa Loompa" on 435. Tommy knows his wife looks like one, and without even saying her name, right away he keys up and says "Oh sure have to pick on a female, little four foot nine Tammi." Excuse me, sir - I just said "Oompa Loompa," YOU are the one who said Tammi. 2. Whenever Tommy keys up, just key up. Since he's blind, his sense of hearing is much better. He notices the hetrodyne sound and immediately says "That's not working." Actually, it IS working. I got you to stop running your mouth and acknowledge the hetrodyne sound that you hear underneath your signal, so you stopped talking about whatever nonsense you were discussing. Then let him talk another few seconds... Then, key up again to make the hetrodyne sound. Then "The Lips" says: "These guys need to learn how to duplex! 50 watts in, 130 out, cruisin! Over 70% of your radio is your ANTENNA!" and then more nonsense. It's hilarious how just the hetrodyne triggers him. So, just key up, and it derails any conversation because he keeps repeating "it's not working." Oh yes Tommy - it is working. Signed, Just another 435 refugee fighting the good fight.
Comments: Checking in for an update on the alleged Cliff Wallace vs. Rick Bebout lawsuit in TX [where Rick does not reside, does not do business, has no "nexus", where no past activity between himself and the W6CDW "Secret Squadron" Radio Club (ostensibly a CA non-profit organization) could reasonably constitute activity subject to the TX "long arm" statute]... Initial filings by an attorney? Docket number? Judge/court assignment? Inquiring minds and all that......
