S204 On June 20, 2019, Defendant Ashlie Stapp pled guilty to a felony violation of Penal Code section 32 (accessory after the fact to murder) and was placed on three years of formal probation. Her victim was Mr. Henry Stange. At the time of the defendant’s sentencing, the court ordered victim restitution at an amount “to be determined by the Probation Department.” On April 2, 2021, the Probation Department completed its restitution determination and submitted a recommendation to the court. Mr. Stange’s surviving family now asks this court to complete the order and fix the restitution amounts. FACTS OF THE CRIME The June 1, 2018 Discovery of Henry Stange’s Battered Body On June 1, 2018, Mark Powers was driving through Joshua Tree National Park. Near the roadway, he noticed vultures disturbing what appeared, at the time, to be an animal carcass. Mr. Powers notified the authorities. Park Rangers visited the scene and discovered a shallow human grave. The victim’s upper torso was covered by loose soil. The lower portion of his body was exposed and showed signs of animal activity. Severe decomposition indicated that the victim’s body had been in that grave for several days; exposed to the harsh elements of the Joshua Tree desert.

Comments: So the best show in months went down on the late evening/early morning of 5/28 and 5/29 respectively. At the most critical times when Chris demonstrates collusion with Private Prostate during that evening, the Broadcastify archives have been deleted. 10PM-1015PM is missing along with the most critical and also best part of the show from 11PM to 11:45PM. What is the coincidence of that? Just one more of many other coincidences that evening that seem to infer that James did in fact catch his tormentor. If that wasn't enough, the 48 hour period of denial over the holiday weekend with Chris and Captain Obvious crying non-stop with Stewart flowing like the Kern river from their mouths - dawn 'till dusk - only goes to prove things went down as we suspected. Too bad the archives were altered just like the Pragers and Roger used to do on 435 when things didn't go their way. Perhaps someone else has a copy that will come to light. Comments:
