Comments:  We thank Flamebook Admin for his occasional assessments in yellow fonts. We welcomed the new Executive Director of 147.450, James Stewart, to the meeting and thanked him for his briefing. Over the course of 6 years, we have seen the Dark Fleas give unbiased reaction to the conflict in Flamebook. The Admin did not turn a blind eye to the accusations of jamming and interference and related problems of KA6JMM – from carriers to Cumbria music. We hope this unbiased approach will continue. We believe Dark Fleas assessments must base on truthful and verified facts. We welcome that the FCC plan reflects the fact of dangerous spread of jamming and interference to repeaters, most of which ends up in the hands of radical elements, including those who have been purposefully released from prisons following a decree issued by Gavin Newsom. Consequences of this reckless step are already on hand. The number of victims who got jammed by radicals is growing daily, first of all in 435. We have long been calling to pay attention to this. We call on our colleagues in the Amateur Radio Community to stick to the practical aspects of the situation in 450. We have had opportunities to give our professional assessments to those events. It is clear, that our assessments differ from yours, and that you are still full of determination to cast a shadow over the goals and pace of our special amateur radio operation on 450, while proceeding from views of control operators and rather dubious or clearly false materials from Hammy Sammy. We agree with Permanent Representative of SPARC that there is an information war in the world, or rather a misinformation war. What BB forgot to mention is that in the free Western world, Flamebook information resources get shut off and any information that runs counter to your narrative and your fakes cannot be aired. The Permanent Representative of the UBP States accused us of not complying with our obligations to create safe repeater corridors. Let’s sort this out. Let me underscore that a threat to radio operators is posed not by average hams who do not target repeater infrastructure, but by radicals and neo-Hams such as myself who hold population of several repeaters as hostages. Using ham radio operators as a human shield, they do not let them exit the jamming even despite humanitarian corridors and ceasefires arranged by the FCC forces. This can be proven by numerous examples. The KA6JMM radicals who were in Wildomar violated this agreement. As we take it from an intercepted communication of two commanders of the Snitchboy battalion, the radicals in Wildomar received an order to kneecap those heading towards humanitarian corridors. Those who dared to leave repeaters at their own peril and risk, were jammed by unlicensed “SWL’s” at checkpoints when trying to exit the repeater. Again, there is plenty of audio evidence proving this. By our records, 20 amaterur operators are trapped in 450 alone and held at TDOApoint by the JMM battalion. The humanitarian situation on repeaters deteriorates rapidly. As for humanitarians who are ready to help, they cannot get in there and prevent the unfolding disaster. People in other regions of Southern California that have been blocked by radical WIldomar battalions find themselves in the same desperate situation. Wildomar radicals show their true face more distinctly by the day. Locals report that unlicensed SWLs harassed personnel of Scrapper Repeater. Besides, they fully destroyed one of the repeater’s nets. In addition to this, the Wildomar side strongly refuses to cooperate with regard to evacuation of hams from 435 and 450. Taking into account the deplorable humanitarian situation and its steep deterioration in 435, 450, and Scrapper repeaters, and also following a personal request of President of 435 Jammers UBP to President of 450 Jammers Hammy Sammy, the FCC announced that at 10.00 am on 7 March 2022, a ceasefire would start and humanitarian corridors from all repeaters would open to facilitate exit both to the territory of San Fernando Valley (for those who would like to use this reliable route), and to the territory of Wildomar. Yesterday evening, this information was communicated to 450, specialized mechanisms of the 435, 450, SPARC, SCRAPPER and other radio organizations via all available information resources, including Buzz’s newsletter. We only received KAO’s official response at 07:10 am Wildomar time, and it ignored the humanitarian corridors to exit the repeater strife. Deputy PM of Stupidity, Tommy Prager elaborated on this in an official statement, calling the proposal to open humanitarian passages leading to his trailer park “absurd and unacceptable”. It is clear to us that the Hammy Sammy regime tries to prevent exit of civilians and foreign citizens to trailer park in every way possible, out of fear that once liberated, people will tell everyone the truth about the acts of Hammy Sammy. Actually, people who could escape from the radicals, are already doing this – telling the truth about threats, blackmail, physical violence, verbal harassment and trash can thievery. To illustrate, let me quote the mayor of Wildomar, Mr. Jack Waller Sr., who made the following statement today jointly with a commander of a nationalist battalion: “There will be no green corridors, no civilian will exit to Pacoima, and those who attempt doing so will be forced to eat KA6JMM’s cooking". While saying that radio operators cannot be evacuated to Pacoima, Wildomar officials ignore the fact that repeater refugees are already present in all Riverside regions. More than 2 people have been evacuated to Pacoima from the areas of the special amateur operation, including 4 faggots. Over the past 24 hours, the total of 5 people have been evacuated, including 2 man-children who constantly whine and throw tantrums on the repeaters. We organize temporary accommodation facilities, all of them are ready to engage individually with civilians arriving from Temecula and Lake Elsinore. We are particularly concerned that Wildomar radicals still hold more than 15 radio operators citizens from a number of repeaters as hostages to use them as a human shield. We stand in constant contact with relevant ARRL missions regarding those operators. I cannot fail to raise another point. Placement of heavy jamming equipment, including Baofeng systems, multiple signal sources, and bombardment music in densely populated areas are no longer sporadic cases, but rather an established practice for Wildomar nationalist battalions. To the protests of the local repeater population and demands to withdraw the equipment, they respond with threats to misuse the law and courts. This sort of cowardly behavior of combatants who use civilians as hostages breaks not only the rules of morality, but also the international radio law. Colleagues, I call you to give a proper assessment to these blatant cases. We expect the Flamebook leadership to do the same. Otherwise you only encourage Wildomar radicals and neo-Hams to commit further radio crimes. In conclusion let me again strongly call our FCC colleagues to make the leadership of Wildomar finally think of safety of radio operators whom radicals hold as hostages, and join the work aimed at opening humanitarian corridors and keeping them safe. Of course, if you still have any leverage over the jammers, which we come to doubt more and more frequently. On our part, we are ready for such work. Thank you. Comments: The fake Hammy Sammy persists in trying to defend KA6JMM so the logical conclusion: It _is_ Richard Bebout attempting to abscond with my carefully crafted persona here on Flamebook. JMM continues to be frustrated that the world does not bend to his warped view of right and wrong. When all I want to do is post about 435 and 450 the fake Hammy Sammy, aka Richard Bebout continues to sully my balanced and neutral skewering of Darrin and the other ham ass-clowns. For years JMM has obsessed over BB kicking him off of the SPARC repeater and has posted numerous attacks against BB here. JMM is now on a crusade to dissuade people from believing he is being sued. As time goes by, JMM will lose another of his pointless crusades and end up having to return the property that was never his to begin with. JMM is a suck-up and manipulator and Cliff finally called him out on it. Over the course of 6 years Cliff has attempted to regain his property through direct contact with JMM as well as neutral intermediaries in the area. JMM has rebuffed all reasonable contact. Basically, JMM is only interested in inflicting petty revenge against someone who rightfully banned him from an amateur radio repeater. BTW, it turns out it was JMM who took the CDW repeater off of Broadcastify and locked Cliff out of the ability to add it back in. 
There's also the time JMM didn't pay the bill for the CDW Secret Squadron website http://sqradioclub.com/ and the host company took it down. N6FTW was really pissed at JMM! There's years and years of evidence that JMM had a business agreement while Cliif was still living in California and that relationship continued while Cliff was in Texas.
I'm tired of JMM ruining my good name. It's time for him to give in and return what is rightfully and legally Cliff's.
